PACKAGING
All our jewellery is carefully packaged in beautiful, bespoke, branded boxes along with a copy of our care guidelines. The parcel is sent in an unbranded padded envelope or box with our name and address discreetly included on the reverse.

LATE AND LOST DELIVERIES
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail. Emily Kidson cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All the prices are shown in GBP (Sterling). Goods are charged at the price stated on the date the customer places the order. In the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Emily reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Non UK residents will be liable for any import duties and taxes in the usual way.
