In this new series I am sharing some of my collections of small objects. Last month it was spoons, this month it is tins, boxes and similar. I love the scale, the typography, the colours, design and the materials. Tins, metal on a small scale is so pleasing to hold. Some of these are from my childhood, others are vintage pieces (some from the wonderful stationersPresent & Correct) and one is only a few months old. Again it's not a collection I am actively trying to grow, more that when one catches my eye it might become a new addition. Here are my favourites and some contain treasure too...!
