Order Times

Please see individual product listings for delivery times. Most items are made to order, smaller items can take 2-5 working days, larger items up to 14 working days. Items that are in stock will be despatched in 1-2 working days. If you require an item for a specific date please contact me before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. An email will be sent to confirm dispatch along with a tracking number to allow you to check on your item's progress.


All jewellery is carefully packaged in bespoke ‘Emily Kidson’ jewellery boxes and tied with ribbon. 

Optional and complimentary gift wrapping is available and your order can be sent straight to the person you’re gifting - just add a note to say you'd like gift wrapping at checkout. 

Delivery & Shipping Information

UK shipments are free and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is an insured, trackable, next day service. Items will require a signature on arrival.

International shipments are £10 to Europe and £15 to the rest of the world, sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For. 

Customs Charges

International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. I have no control over these charges.

Payment options

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron or Solo via the secure payment provider. If you would rather pay by bank transfer, please place your order by email.

You have 14 days to exchange your purchase or request a full refund. Please contact Emily by email as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your Emily Kidson jewellery, however, if for any reason you want to return an item, whether for an exchange or refund, you have 14 days to do so.

Please email us at info@emilykidson.com to arrange a return. Goods must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. The jewellery will be your responsibility until it is received back in our studio, so we recommend that you use a delivery service which insures the goods whilst in transit.

Return postage costs are your responsibility. In the case of exchanges, new shipping charges will apply. In the case of returns, original shipping costs and any duties/sales tax paid will not be refunded.

Purchases exempt from the returns policy, unless they are faulty are: 

- bespoke pieces
- customised pieces (pieces that have been altered from their original design shown online.)
- sale items 


Variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the goods. Colours may vary from photographs due to variations in computer monitors. Stated sizes are accurate within reason. Images are not to scale so please refer to the dimensions given for each piece.

Keeping in touch

We will always ask your permission to add you to the e-mail newsletter list. If you decide to sign up to our e-mail newsletter, your name and e-mail address will be used to send you details of upcoming events, studio news, special promotions and new jewellery designs.

Our chosen e-mail newsletter service is Mailchimp, who safely store your name and e-mail address on our behalf. You can view their privacy policy here. We operate a strict no-spam policy and you can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

Buying from us

If you place an order with us in person at a craft show, open studio or jewellery event we will need to collect your contact details to fulfil your order.

If you purchase something from our online shop we will require your name, address and contact details so that we can send your jewellery. If you buy from this website, the online shop runs via Shopify. Please see section 3 of their privacy policy here.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties. All

transactions are handled by a secure online independent payment service provider.
