RA Summer Exhibition 2018

Last week I went along to the Royal Academy to see the Summer Exhibition. I've not been to the annual Summer exhibition before so I have nothing to compare it to, but it felt like such a happy, colourful, inclusive show. Coordinated by Grayson Perry, all the rooms were painted different colours with an explosion of different works from floor to ceiling. It was buzzing, lots of visitors, a lot of red dots all over the place and a bar in the middle of one exhibition hall. It was a lovely way to spend a friday afternoon.
